Lecxa was founded by operators who lived the daily frustrations of inventory management firsthand. We know what it feels like to drown in spreadsheets, chase suppliers, and lose hours to manual stock counts. So we built something better.

The Problem We Lived Every Day
Before we started Lecxa, we were running operations for growing e-commerce/distribution businesses in Australia. We saw the same problem over and over: businesses doing millions in revenue were still managing their inventory in spreadsheets.
We experienced it ourselves. Hours spent reconciling stock levels across warehouses. Manually cross-referencing purchase orders with supplier invoices. Reordering stock based on gut feeling because there was no forecasting tool that actually worked for our size. Fulfillment delays because allocation was a mess of formulas and manual checks.
We looked at the market. Enterprise systems were designed for massive companies, took months to implement, and cost more than our entire operations budget. The lighter tools were either too basic to handle multi-location inventory, or they felt like they were built by people who had never actually managed a warehouse.
Nothing was fast, simple, and powerful enough for teams like ours.
So We Built Lecxa
We started Lecxa in early 2025 in Australia with a clear goal: build the inventory management tool that operators like us actually needed. Not another bloated enterprise platform. Not another glorified spreadsheet. Something genuinely fast, genuinely simple, and genuinely powerful.
