Lecxa is priced in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian customers and US dollars (USD) for international customers. AUD prices exclude GST.
Getting started is demo-led: book a demo with the Lecxa team and we'll set you up on the plan that fits.
Simple includes 1 user, Basic includes 2 users, Core includes 3 users and Plus includes 5 users. Additional users can be added to any plan: $20/user on Simple, $40/user on Basic, $80/user on Core and $120/user on Plus, per month.
The Simple plan includes up to 1,000 products. Basic, Core and Plus include unlimited products. There are no order limits on any plan.
Lecxa integrates with Shopify for products, inventory and orders, and with Xero for invoicing and payments. Talk to our team about which plan best fits your integration needs.
The Warehouse Scanning Module adds barcode scanning to picking and packing, so your team scans each item against the order instead of typing. It costs $150 AUD per month on top of any plan. Stocktake scanning is included on the Core plan and above without the module.
Plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and export your data at any time.
Self-serve onboarding is included on every plan, with AI-assisted CSV import and help from the Lecxa team. Guided implementation for larger migrations is quoted separately.
