    Lecxa's Shopify integration syncs products, inventory and orders between the two systems. Product sync can be configured one-way or two-way, Shopify orders import into Lecxa automatically, and dispatch updates sync back to Shopify, so stock levels stay accurate and overselling stops.

      Connect your Shopify store to Lecxa from the integrations settings. The connection is authorised through Shopify.

      Configure product sync

      Choose one-way or two-way product sync and match your existing products between the systems.

      Start fulfilling

      New Shopify orders flow into Lecxa for allocation, picking and dispatch, and fulfilment updates flow back.

    Requirements and things to know

    • Bundles (products with components) require the Basic plan or above.
    • Refund handling, historical order imports and multi-store setups are configured with the Lecxa team during onboarding. Contact us to discuss your store's specifics before migrating.

    Yes. Lecxa allocates stock to orders as they come in and keeps Shopify inventory in sync, so units that are already promised to an order can't be sold again.
