Lecxa's stocktake functionality lets you count physical stock, compare it against system records and correct discrepancies, so your inventory data stays trustworthy. Because stock is tracked per location, counts can be organised location by location rather than as one giant annual event.

Inventory records drift: damage, theft, mis-picks and receiving errors all add up. Without regular counts, 'system stock' becomes fiction, and every downstream decision (allocation, reordering, forecasting) inherits the error.

A practical example
Instead of closing for two days in June, a toy distributor counts one warehouse zone every Friday afternoon. Variances are corrected weekly, and their end-of-year count becomes a formality rather than an ordeal.
