Lecxa supports barcode scanning in two places. Stocktake scanning is included on the Core plan and above, so counts are done by scanning instead of typing. The Warehouse Scanning Module brings scanning to picking and packing on any plan, for $150 AUD per month on top of your subscription.

Typing SKUs is slow and error-prone. Once order volume grows, keyed data entry becomes the bottleneck of receiving and dispatch, and every mistyped SKU is a future stock discrepancy.

Scan a product barcode to pull up the right item instantly.

Scan through a stocktake on the Core plan and above, or scan each item while picking and packing with the Warehouse Scanning Module.
A practical example
A 3PL-style warehouse team receives mixed pallets. Scanning each carton pulls up the correct product immediately, with no SKU list cross-referencing, and receiving a 200-carton delivery takes a fraction of the time.
